Through my company, ENDURANCEWORKS, LLC, I offer truly personalized triathlon coaching services and custom training plan design. Each client receives an in-depth initial consultation (by phone or in person if local) followed by ongoing assistance in creating a customized and optimal training experience tailored to each athlete's individual needs, goals and dreams. Coaching and consulting services are available internationally. 

For those on a budget, I offer a number of different training programs including: Ironman and 70.3 Training Plans, Build and Maintain: Strength Training Program for Triathletes and training guides for both beginners and Ironman athletes

She Does Tri Logo She Does Tri is a joint venture between me and Krista Schultz of Total Performance, Inc. to introduce more women to the sport of triathlon in a fun, safe and non-competitive environment.

She Does Tri are the ONLY full weekend camps in the mid-Atlantic for women! The She Does Tri weekend camps cover all aspects of triathlon with both instruction and practice in order to prepare participants for their first sprint-distance triathlon. The camps are a fun, non-competitive and welcoming environment that will focus on specific needs of women for training, nutrition and racing.
