Testing director Krista Schultz, BS, MEd, CSCS, of Total Performance, Inc. provides expert exercise testing including VO2 Max and Resting Metabolic Rate using the same metabolic testing equipment used by the Olympic Training Center in Colorado Springs.

          

Founded by triathlete Emilio De Soto II, De Soto Clothing Company has been in existence since 1990. Each time that I have contact the company, my emails have been personally answered by Emilio. Rainmaker Publishing LLC co-founder, Michaela Gaaseruud, first solicited me as a contributing author to their first book, From Fairbanks to Boston: 50 Great U.S. Marathons (I authored the write-ups on the Disney and Myrtle Beach Marathons). I approached Rainmaker with the idea to write about my experiences with cancer and triathlons and suddenly I was on the way to fulfilling my dream to author a book – Full Time and Sub-Nine.

I am proud to be a partner of the Joanna M. Nicolay Melanoma Foundation in their mission to promote prevention, early detection and research to end melanoma. This is a natural partnership given the substantial amount of time that I spend training outside in the sun.
